Delivery charges: Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Please do not accept any damaged goods upon delivery, or please note the damage on the delivery note. Delivery will be made by FedEx UK to the ‘kerbside’. We are unable to deliver to certain island regions; we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause;

Delivery times: The availability of the product you are looking for is always stated in the description of the item in question. This allows you to see clearly and quickly whether the item is in stock or when it will be available again. Our products are wrapped in reinforced packaging and delivered on pallets or as parcels. Once the invoice has been paid in full, your goods will leave our warehouses immediately and be delivered to you within the following 6 to 8 working days. Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside. To arrange a delivery date, we need your telephone number. Please provide this when placing your order. Ready to dispatch within 24 hours: delivery within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation Out-of-stock item: the delivery date for your item is stated in the offer Items with delivery lead times: If you order an item with a delivery lead time, you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as the goods are available again. In the event that the goods ordered are unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, you will be notified immediately and automatically refunded if the invoice amount has already been paid.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
