Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery address, the size and weight of the products ordered, and the delivery method available at the time of purchase. The applicable delivery fees are displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Free delivery may be offered for certain products or promotional offers, where clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout. Any additional costs, including but not limited to remote area delivery fees, oversized item surcharges, or customs/import charges where applicable, will be communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed whenever possible.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. Estimated delivery times are displayed before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and availability of stock. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer. Delivery is carried out by third-party carriers. In the event of delay, loss, or damage during transport, the Buyer should contact the Seller through the ManoMano platform as soon as possible so that the issue can be investigated. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should refuse the delivery where possible or note the damage with the carrier and inform the Seller promptly. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer, receives physical possession of the products.

All product prices and delivery charges are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated on the ManoMano platform. The Buyer is responsible for paying the total price shown at checkout, including the product price, delivery fees, VAT, and any other applicable charges clearly indicated before the Order is confirmed. Where applicable, an invoice including VAT details will be made available to the Buyer in accordance with applicable tax regulations. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom or to territories subject to specific customs rules, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by the relevant authorities.

The Seller processes Buyer information only for the purposes of managing Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, and compliance with legal obligations. Buyer personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the ManoMano platform’s privacy and security rules. The Seller undertakes to keep Buyer information confidential and not to disclose it to unauthorised third parties, except where necessary for order fulfilment, delivery, payment processing, customer support, legal compliance, or where required by competent authorities. The Seller takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

You have 14 days to change your mind. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.
