Standard UK Mainland Delivery
For delivery to Mainland UK, there is the option of Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class and carries a £3.75 inc VAT charge. Next Day Delivery is for those wanting a quick delivery, and the charge is £6.25 inc VAT. We do ask that you supply a telephone number if you choose this option, which will be passed onto the carrier.
Please note, for certain areas of the UK there is sometimes a surcharge from couriers for Next Day Delivery. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs to discuss the options.
Please note that any order placed after mid-day may not get processed until the following working day, and orders placed using Worldpay may also be delayed whilst waiting for payment to clear.
Delivery is free, and a Next Working Day Carrier will automatically be used. Next day AM deliveries are still chargable. Please supply a telephone number for the carrier.
Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Carrier takes about 2 days, with a minimum charge of £15.00. Please supply a telephone number for the carrier.

Delivery for storage heaters normally incurs an additional charge of £40 due to the need to delivery them via pallet delivery services.

To ensure a Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before mid-day using Paypal, as this is an instant payment method. We operate from Monday to Friday, and orders placed Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday. Orders dispatched on Friday via Next day delivery will be delivered the next working day (Monday) unless you contact us first and we can arrange a Saturday delivery for a surchage.
All standard orders to the UK Mainland carry a £3.75 (inc VAT) delivery charge, and are typically despatched the same day - excluding Saturday and Sunday - and usually arrive 2 - 5 days after despatch.
Orders received after mid-day will be processed the following day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), and we aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day.
Orders are sent out using Royal Mail, although we use carriers for certain bulkier items, and to certain delivery destinations. You should receive your items 3 - 6 days after ordering.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to request additional postage in the rare event that the weight and destination of the order far exceeds expected delivery costs. We may also cancel an order if the additional cost cannot be met, or if the buyer requests cancellation.
We use Paypal and Worldpay as forms of payment, and where Paypal is instant payment, Worldpay requires up to 24 hours for payment to clear. We do not usually send items out before payment has cleared.

Storage heaters are delivered by pallet due to the heavy weight of the accompanying bricks. Please make sure that you supply a phone number so that we and the pallet delivery company can call you to ensure that you are in to receive the item. Delivery can be between 2-4 working days and we will confirm with you which day it will be delievered.
There will be a surchage for rearranging orders that were unable to be delivered and items will not be dispatched without prior contact between ourselves and the customer.
Outlying areas (such as the Scottish highlands and islands) may carry an additional charge for delivery. Please contact us first if you are unsure if you fall into these areas.
Scottish Highlands is normally an additional £40 for storage heaters.

Please note; failure to supply the correct delivery option will result in delay to your order. To ensure deliveries are not held up unnecessarily, please choose the correct delivery zone for the area in which the item is being delivered to, thank you.
Please also be aware that, although every attempt is made to ensure deliveries get despatched as soon as possible, orders placed after mid-day may not be processed until the following day, and on occasion, short delays can be experienced whilst waiting for payment to clear, or for weekends where we do not operate.
Although the delivery methods we use usually result in very fast transit times (often within 2 days), on occasion items go missing in the post which is out of our control, and we will do all we can to rectify problems where we can.
Every effort is made to ensure items are in stock, but please understand that vary rarely an item is out of stock and requires ordering from the manufacturer. In this instance there may be a slight delay, but we will use the fastest delivery methods to avoid any further delays. If you have an urgent requirement, please check stock before ordering.

At Power Discount we want to make sure you have the right product, quickly and at the right price. However we know sometimes mistakes happen or items can be faulty so we want to ensure that we make things as easy as possible for you to return items to us.
All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
You can return things to us up to 14 days after delivery.
If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.
We have opted for a free returns service for all customers no matter what your reason for return. If the item is faulty, damaged, sent incorrectly or just not what you want anymore then you can return it to us using the Royal Mail freepost returns address that you will be given immediately after filling in our returns form.
This policy refers to items bought from our website - if you made the purchase through another channel then we must follow their returns procedures.
If you want to return an item after changing your mind, that is completely fine, the only stipulation that we have to make is that if you open the item, please ensure it is repackaged as new and that it can be resold (after inspection) once we receive it back. Unfortunately, items that are in sealed plastic blister packs can't be returned unless faulty.
If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days. If an item is faulty then we can replace it for you any time within the manufacturers warranty period. Different manufacturers have different warranty periods, if you can't find the warranty period on any documentation let us know and we will find out for you. You can contact us through your account.
Please send back as much information as possible to ensure that we can process your return request as quickly as possible. We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item back at our depot.
