All standard deliveries are free of charge to UK Mainland. Express delivery is charged at an extra cost, not available to Northern Ireland. If express delivery is not met but has been paid for, it will be refunded.

Orders leave us within 2 working days of the order being placed. All standard deliveries are free of charge to UK Mainland and will be sent by a tracked method. Express delivery is charged at an extra cost, not available to Northern Ireland. All express delivery orders placed prior to 8.30am will leave the same day.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Other return conditions
We are sure you will love your new JVL product(s) but, if for any reason, you feel you need to send it back or have changed your mind, please do not return product(s) to us without contacting us first. We do not accept liability for any items returned to us without authorisation. Contact our customer service team on 01422 888 564 or email us at manomano@jvl.co.uk. To return any product(s) please do so after contacting us within 14 days (from day of delivery) and we will be happy to refund the full purchase price of the product. If express delivery was originally selected, the delivery charge will not be refunded as this would have been paid to the courier for the services rendered. Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. However, if the product is damaged please provide images to us prior to returning and we will provide a pre-paid returns label. Please ensure any return product(s) are in their original packaging and returned in the same condition that they were received in.
