Mobiltecnica Micheli Michael ships product by courier, deliveries are made on working days (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 to 18:30 and the expected delivery times are 2/3 days from 'fulfillment. The timing of the preparation of the products chosen are shown directly on the website relating to the product. Shipping charges are shown in the cart, along with the order summary. Preparation times are different for each product and specified within their own dedicated page. In the case of orders consisting of several products, the shipment will be calculated with the time of preparation longest among the products chosen by the customer. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the Customer the Courier leaves a notice of passage (indicated with the passage of time and the tracking number) and retries the delivery the next business day. If there is still lack, the customer is contacted directly by the Courier for the third attempt. If the fourth attempt were to fail, the product is included in the warehouses and void the order. The material is available for collection at the customer's expense for 14 days. If the packaging is damaged you can accept the package but specify that the signature is accepted with reservation, so you can be compensated immediately if damage is found, or if the damage is visible without opening the package you can dismiss it without opening it. Even the packaging is intact the goods must be checked, if there are anomalies can alert you to the store no later than five days of receipt.
