Excellent product. great value. However the flexible tbes and fittings were not correct fro uk/EU standard metric fittings, i.e 12mm threaded isolating valves.

Appalling service. The item was not delivered and our online account confirms this item is still en route to us, yet Auralum insist they have delivered it and we are struggling to get a refund.
I have sent 7 requests asking for a refund and three emails declining their offer to send a replacement as we had to purchase an alternative tap locally to finish our project on time.

We never received the item, but the seller just kept sending a screenshot of their system saying it had been delivered.
We just kept getting the same emails from the seller and the Manomano customer service guy saying the same thing!
In fact I got the same email again today nearly 2 months after the original purchase.
Awful customer service, definitely won't be using them again!

Happy with the Seller and the Delivery. The product description omitted that the product had 3 openings for pipework but the plumber says he should be able to blank off the un-used one
