Product has not arrived. Due 27/04/20, it is now 11/05/20. Contacted Mano Mano, their customer service is poor. They have contacted the seller with no response. Order value over £330 so significant sum of money. Very difficult company to deal with. The sellers are Produce Shop UK, and when you Google them it is NOTHING but terrible reviews of a similar nature. Be warned. Read more

  • EXPRESS COURIER BRT: 48/72H - SAFE SHIPMENT

    The delivery of goods is at the risk of the recipient. Is advisable to choose the insured shipping to protect the goods against damages caused by the carrier during transport. If you choose shipping insurance, goods shall be carefully inspected at the time of collection and any faults, even a small scratch on the packaging, shall be reported on will be reported on the label, and you shall sign “UNDER RESERVE – DEFECTIVE PACKAGE” or “UNDER RESERVE + description of the fault (do not choose GENERAL RESERVE or INSPECTION RESERVE).

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

    According to the Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, for distance contracts and contract proposals, or those negotiated away from business premises, consumers shall be entitled to a period of ten business days to withdraw from a contract without being liable to any penalty and without giving any reason. You just have to follow these simple steps:

    3. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. ProduceShop is not responsible for any items that we do not receive or that is not returned for refund or exchange in accordance with the terms of our return policy. If the returned goods are not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the article is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price of the reimbursement.

    Due to logistical reasons, products must be returned only by courier. We are ore of the few online companies able to ensure transparency. In fact, we point out any problems that may occur (even if such cases are relatively rare) so as to avoid misunderstandings. We are honest and fair in all aspects of our business, unlike other online resellers. We maintain high standards of excellence to ensure maximum quality in each of the products bearing our name.

    SHIPPING

    When using courier services, a shipping insurance allows you to safely send your parcels abroad. Insuring your parcel is definitely beneficial, regardless of the types of items you are sending. ProduceShop offers you many options for cheap courier insurance, so you will worry less about the safety of your parcels.

    Upon goods arrive at their destination and before confirming your compliance, you should always check the state of goods from the outside looking for signs of damage. Any goods damage with visible external signs must be always declared immediately upon arrival. Any damage, or discrepancy in the number of packages or other details must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery. In these circumstances the goods should be “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE”, writing a note to this effect on the courier’s shipping documents only (and not on any other document). Examples of such notes are “Accepted with reserve to check the box which has a hole on one side”, “Packaging opened” or “Packaging, tape or strapping damaged”. If the product is clearly damaged or the courier refuses the reserve note on the shipping documents, the customer should refuse the product and write on the document “Package refused because visibly damaged” or “Package refused because the courier will not accept the reserve note”.

    Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer can make no further claims regarding the appearance and condition of the goods delivered. By accepting goods without reserve the customer therefore foregoes the possibility of making any claims, complaints or requests for substitution of the goods delivered.

    Shipping rates are calculated based on the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to. Such amounts will be notified to customers by our customer service following order confirmation.

    Items are usually delivered from Monday to Friday, over the whole day, to street level, unless an additional service has been added to the shipment, which entails delivery at a given time, or according to given specifications.

    Customers are responsible for checking their confirmation e-mail at the time of placing their order. If you need to update an address, or change a delivery date please contact us at least 2 business days before the order is set to ship. Customers must give ProduceShop a time to act upon this request. We cannot guarantee change of address or delivery day if the request is made closer to the ship date than this.

    A fee is assessed for all types of requests. ProduceShop is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

    N.B. ProduceShop is not responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses/telephone numbers. The customer is responsible for checking their address/telephone number in the confirmation e-mail at the time of placing their order. We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address/telephone number for an order.

    UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

    The carrier makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. If the third and final delivery attempt has been made, and the driver was unable to leave your package, the courier reserves the right to return the package to the shipper.

    If so, ProduceShop will get in touch with the customer to seek a solution as soon as possible.

    The carrier will hold your shipment for seven business days. If the customer does not answer our e-mails or phone calls and the shipment is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. Please note that ProduceShop will not cover return shipping costs.

    PRODUCT SIZE

    As for all websites, the size of a product is given by measuring the outer parts of the same.

    Patio umbrella size is determined in width “not” height. To find the correct measurements, measure the distance between the top of the rib arm and the bottom of the rib arm. Then simply multiply that by two, which will give you the correct size.

    PRODUCT PICTURES

    Great product images are an important part of running an online store. That's why all pictures are always taken in a professional photo studio by our extremely talented staff of photographers. Each photo on ProduceShop website is a representation of the actual product. We always display product images as accurately as possible. The colour in the image does not vary for the actual colour of the product. Colour accuracy and consistency are always a priority for ProduceShop.

    NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

    With a negative feedback or review, an e-mail deemed to be offensive by our customer service or a dispute on PayPal, customers express their willingness to accept the goods received, to permanently finalise any ongoing transaction, and to exempt the company from the resolution of any problem that occurred during sales transaction.

    Before leaving a negative feedback or opening a dispute on PayPal, we therefore suggest you to contact us by phone or e-mail to try and solve the problem.

    PRODUCT WARRANTY – PRIVATE/PROFESSIONAL USE

    Our 24 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our user manual for a period of 24 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer (12 months for purchases with VAT or invoice).

    If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage or a quality issue, please take pictures of the item concerned and upload them to the return request. Those photos will allow us to confirm the issue and solve your problem faster, without which you can not proceed with the complaint. Our 24 months warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, abusive use, negligence, fire, liquid contact or other external cause, damage which is the consequence of failing to comply with the user manual, damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by anyone who is not authorized by us, or if the product is stolen or if any label or identification number has been removed from the product or has been changed. ProduceShop shall therefore not be liable for any product failure or injury caused to any user. Most of our products are intended for private use and not for public/professional use, unless otherwise specified (“For professional use”).

    Our technical department, after having properly verified that the product is defective, shall repair or replace the good. Customers shall be charged for shipment and for return freight.

    If the product is instead functioning and free of the defects reported, ProduceShop reserves the right to charge customers a sum of money as a compensation for the time spent by the technical department looking for the alleged failure, in addition to any cost of re-routing.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In the event of requesting a refund, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If the item is returned, the following deductions are provided in the event of:

    1. LACKING PACKAGING OR PARTIAL PACKAGING (internal and external): 5% to 25% of the item value (it is at our discretion, since it depends on the packaging conditions);

    2. SHIPMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS: Deduction of the value of the spare parts to be replaced and labour costs;

    3. CHANGING YOUR MIND: It is important to us that you are happy with your ProduceShop purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, or simply just change your mind and want to withdraw from the contract, just return your products within 14 days from the date of purchase. Customers shall be charged for the costs of returning the goods. Transport costs for outward journey shall be written off at a value which may vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
