  • Emporio Elettrico SRL uses exclusively national and international express courier services.
    Shipping costs, if any, are charged to the Customer who may eventually take advantage of the promotions and discounts offered.
  • Emporio-Elettrico srl only uses international mail services.
    Shipping costs are charged to the customer who can take advantage of the promotions and discounts offered.

    The delivery times are as follows:
    - national: 1 working day
    - national islands: 2 working days
    - europe slice 1 up to 2.5 kg: 1/2 working days
    - europe slice 1 below 2.5 kg: 2/4 working days
    - other countries in europe: 5 working days
    - extra eu: 7 working days

    After the shipment the customer will receive at the address indicated the details and the direct link to follow the shipment.
    Emporio-Elettrico srls is not responsible for any disservices or delays due to mail.
    Storage costs for not picking up the package will be charged to the customer.
    The customer undertakes to provide the address correctly with full details and/or other information, in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
    Giving a telephone number can guarantee direct contact with the mail and facilitate delivery.
    In case of receipt of visibly damaged packages the customer must absolutely sign the invoice with the word "SUBMITTED TO A CONTROL". After that the customer must notify Emporio-Elettrico srls within 7 days of the presence of damaged material.
    All purchases will be sent with tax receipt, if the customer needs an invoice must communicate the VAT detail.

  • For all purchases, the tax document in electronic format (PDF) is available on request, directly through this platform.
  • All products sold by Emporio-Elettrico srl are covered by a 24-month guarantee in accordance with Decree-Law 24/02. The guarantee is applied in the manner indicated in the documents inside the package.
    Emporio-Elettrico srls will provide its customers with the necessary assistance and the indication of authorized service points.
    The customer can ask Emporio-Elettrico srls for a warranty repair, the defective equipment must be sent in free port to our warehouse with a detailed description of the defect found. Emporio-Elettrico srls will undertake the appropriate repair of the damaged product and will send the repaired equipment to the customer free of charge.
    The costs for repairs not covered by the warranty will be communicated to the customer in advance and in case the customer will accept, the costs will be charged to him.
    For products that fail at the first use, the customer may contact Emporio-Elettrico srls, which, at its discretion, may replace the product with the same or better characteristics or refund it excluding delivery costs.
    In all cases with warranty the customer must send the complete packaging product and document to Emporio-Elettrico srls, if the product is damaged or handled will be immediately excluded from the warranty.
    Emporio-Elettrico srls is not responsible for repair times in authorized centers, but will undertake to request for prompt resolution.

    The relationship between Emporio-Elettrico srls and the client is satisfactory from the moment the order is accepted. Tacit acceptance shall be considered unless otherwise notified in writing by the customer.
    The customer declares, during the purchase phase, that he/she has understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of sale and payment terms described herein.
    Not accepting the terms of sale and payment cancels the purchase procedure.
    The general conditions may be modified by Emporio-Elettrico srls at any time with the commitment to inform customers as soon as possible through the usual channels.
  • The consumer has the right, within a 14 days period from receipt of the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
    This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller, and the consequent refund of the purchase price, considered as the net amount paid for the goods excluding additional costs such as packaging, labor, transport. The consumer who intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal must send Emporio-Elettrico srl (manager of Emporio Elettrico and all domains related to it) a notice within 14 days of receipt of goods.
    The notice of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail or message on this platform.
    The consumer must also return the intact and perfectly packaged products to the shop in question at the address declared by the latter, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, sending them to:

    Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. The materials must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, without breaking any seal.
    Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 Consumer Code Legislative Decree 21/2014):
    The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Purchases made by professionals with a VAT number are therefore excluded.
    The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-days period.
    The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the trader (Emporio Elettrico in this case) has not agreed to bear this cost or has failed to inform the consumer that this cost is borne by the consumer.
