Sold as 6mm glass but is in fact 5mm glass!! I was assured that the door was a one off misnamed item so i bought another 2 months later and found this was 5mm also, i believe they are being mis-sold as 5mm as the majority of installers do not check the thickness of the glass. Read more

  • Free to most areas in UK, some rural areas will need to pay extra postage.
  • Free delivery with a 2-3 day shipping time.

    If you are not in when delivery has been attempted there may be an extra postage charge incurred before we can resend the item. If you then refuse to have the item after deliveries have been attempted the return charges of £25 will be deducted from your refund.

    In the unlikely event that you didn’t receive your items on the scheduled date, please contact us so that we can deal with your question more efficiently.

    Once you received the item in good condition and you are happy with our products as well as our service, please leave us a positive feedback with 5 star rating. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products or service, please call/email us before leaving any feedback, we will then do our utmost to solve problem for you.

    If you found any damage, this will need to be reported to us within 7 working days of your purchase. We will request a picture or video to prove the item is damaged or faulty along with a part number from the instructions then we will send out the part required. If we send out the part number you request but it is not the correct one there will be a postage charge to pay for us to resend another part. All parts must be requested in the first instance if requested separately there is a postage charge.

    Installation and instruction times may vary depending on the skill set of the person fitting it. We are not responsible for time taken but we can provide assistance.


    Please be aware that the courier service can only deliver your items to your front door providing that you are on the ground floor.

    You can return an order within 30 days from delivery, exercising your right of withdrawal.

    1. If you changed your mind.
    If you changed your mind and want to return the item, just please email us within 14 days after the purchase,then we will advise you the return procedure.
    If you are going to return the item by yourself ,we suggest you use a courier THAT CAN COMPENSATE as we don't accept responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost during transit. After the item has been delivered back to us in good condition and in the original packaging (unopened) we will then issue a refund in 3 working days. If the packaging is not acceptable or some parts are damaged/ missing, only a partial refund will be issues which we will determine. Please message us the tracking information via Manomano once you dispatch the item.

    Or, we can collect on your behalf at an extra cost. Collection fee for single items is £49 and for multiple items it is £78 which will need to be paid prior to us arranging collection. This fee is for 1 attempt at collection only. If you the courier confirms collection has failed due to customer not being in or not having the items ready then you will need to make another payment.
    2. If the item is faulty.
    In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please report the fault to us within 7 working days of your order. We would require a photo or video showing the fault clearly we can then send you parts to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If the item is not repairable only then we would send a replacement immediately.

    Once you received the item in good condition and you are happy with our products as well as our service, please leave us a positive feedback with 5 star rating.
