1. To save yourself time and reduce delays, fees and hassles, make sure you insert the correct delivery address and the correct product/quantity you require at the point of purchase. If wrong details are given, please let us know within 30 minutes so we can request to update 2. Delivery time may vary depending on what items you have ordered. Please message us should you have any questions on this. Also, we are unable to place any orders on hold as per ManoMano terms and conditions. 3. If you are not in when delivery has been attempted there may be an extra postage charge incurred before we can resend the item. If you then refuse to have the item after deliveries have been attempted the £25 return charges will be deducted from your refund. 4. Please be aware that the courier service can only deliver your items to your front door providing that you are on the ground floor. 5. Free postage to most areas in UK, however If you fall into the following postcodes or areas, you will need to pay postage. In the unlikely event that the postage isn't calculated at checkout please let us know. 6. Please note delays or damages in transit are beyond our control and we will not compensate for that.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

How can I return a product?
It's easy: go to "My order" and click on "Return my product" to receive the return instructions.

Other return conditions
If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size or no longer want an item, you will be liable for the return. We can collect items on your behalf, here is the cost: Single items £29, Multiple items £50

1. You will need to notify our customer service team via messaging service within 14 days.

2. Please note we do NOT provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.

3. Please note refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.

4. We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:
a. The item has been used
b. The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with
c. We have not been notified within 14 days from date you received delivery.
Further Details
Under the Trusted Goods Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a sale-able condition
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note this policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Item damaged or Faulty.

If you believe an item is damaged/defective you will need to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will analyse the fault and do our best to resolve this.

1. If any item is damaged/faulty, we will need images/videos showing the fault. Please DO NOT dispose of the item as we would NOT cover this. If you choose to have a refund, we will arrange collection and issue a refund after the items is returned to our warehouse.

2. We strongly recommend that you check the goods for any damages/missing parts before storage.

3. To resolve any issues, we may offer advice/suggestions which would need to be followed, in order to reach a solution
