1.1 Address & Order Accuracy To ensure efficient delivery, please double-check the shipping address, contact number, and product details before placing your order. If any information is incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes to request changes. After this period, the order will enter the processing stage and may no longer be editable. 1.2 Delivery Time & Order Modifications Delivery time may vary depending on the product category and storage location. Oversized items require additional logistical coordination. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be temporarily put on hold or suspended. 1.3 Failed Delivery & Refusal Policy If you are not in when delivery has been attempted there may be an extra postage charge incurred before we can resend the item. If you then refuse to have the item after deliveries have been attempted the £25 return charges will be deducted from your refund. 1.4 Delivery Scope & Service Limitations The delivery service is limited to ground-floor doorstep drop-off only. It does not include carrying items upstairs, moving them indoors, or providing installation services. If you reside above the ground floor, please ensure you can manage the transportation of items yourself. 1.5 Shipping Cost Policy Free shipping is available to most regions in the UK. However, orders delivered to the following postcodes or areas will require an additional shipping fee. Should our carriers be unable to deliver to your address, our customer service team will contact you. In the unlikely event that the postage isn't calculated at checkout please let us know. 6. Please note delays or damages in transit are beyond our control and we will not compensate for that.

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

2.1 Wrong Item Ordered or Changed Mind
If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, please contact our customer service
via messaging service within 7 days of receipt to request a return. We can arrange a pickup
service, and the associated return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may also arrange your own return shipping, provided that you:
· Use a trackable shipping service
· Purchase shipping insurance (covering damage or loss during transit)
· Provide the tracking number and proof of delivery
· We are not liable for any issues that occur during self-arranged return shipping. Note: We do not offer an exchange service. To ensure you receive your needed items without
delay, we recommend placing a new order directly while processing your return simultaneously.

2.2 Return for Quality Issues
If you suspect a quality issue with the product, please contact our customer service within 7
working days of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence. Upon verification, we will
propose a solution.

2.3 Return Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection. If the product shows signs of damage, use, or
improper handling, your eligibility for a refund may be affected. This policy does not override
your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

2.4 Further Details
Under the Trusted Goods Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full
refund, providing it is unused and in a sale-able condition. Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same condition as they
were dispatched. You must also ensure that reasonable care has been taken to avoid soiling, damaging, or losing accessories of the product. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for
return.

3.1 Damaged Items or Non-Receipt
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect the product for any damage or missing
parts after receipt, and before storage or installation.

3.1.1 Inspection & Claim
Any damage during transit or missing parts must be reported to customer service within 7 days
of delivery, supported by valid evidence (e.g., photos/videos). Please retain the original packaging and the product until the issue is resolved. Failure to do so
may affect your eligibility for refund.

3.1.2 Liability After Installation/Use
Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return without a valid reason, unless
a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Please ensure the product is intact and undamaged before scheduling installation. We are not
liable for costs associated with dismantling, reinstallation, or other expenses arising from issues
discovered post-installation.

3.1.3 Issue Resolution Process
To resolve issues effectively, we may provide specific troubleshooting guidance or solutions, which require your cooperation and implementation.

3.2 Product Specification Terms
As a company committed to continuous innovation, we reserve the right to modify product
specifications without prior notice. Colors and materials of products shown online may slightly differ from the actual items due to
variations in display device.
