  • Delivered by Dunster House’s dedicated delivery fleet. Deliveries are kerbside only. You will be required to assist the driver with unloading the vehicle. ARRANGED DELIVERY: You will be contacted by a member of our Dispatch Team within 2 working days to arrange a convenient date for delivery, within the stated delivery time frame, unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure your phone number is correct so we can reach you.

  • All goods should be in original packaging and safely secured for transit. Please note that we reserve the right to request that you send this product by a trackable, signed-for, courier service. We also strongly recommend that you ensure the delivery for its full worth to protect you should anything happen to it while in transit, or should the courier service lose it.

    All returned goods are subject to inspection upon return. A full refund will be given upon successful inspection of undamaged, unbuilt goods, that have not been defaced or ruined in any way (such as water exposure). If the goods are found to include any of these then, unfortunately, a full refund will not be given. A partial refund may be offered at this stage, dependant on the results of the inspection.

    Please Note: Our returns department can only accept deliveries of returned orders between 09:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday. Please ensure this information is given to your chosen courier to avoid any redelivery charges that your courier may be forced to charge you if they arrive outside of these times.
