If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery. Any claim of transit damages after the package has been signed for will not be accepted. Goods signed for as “goods not checked” will also not be accepted. If you find the product damaged when the carrier is trying to deliver, inform us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Items MUST BE CHECKED prior to signing any delivery notes Returns If you’d like to return your order for any reason, please contact us by within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging, be in resaleable condition and must not have been fitted. When returning an item for a refund or an exchange all returns are the responsibility of the buyer including the cost of return delivery to our warehouse. Please note that some products must be transported by pallet (including specialist upright pallet); if your order is delivered on a pallet, we recommend that you retain it along with any packaging until you are completely satisfied – we can provide replacement pallets for returns at additional cost. We strongly suggest you return the item using a trackable and insured means. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge for items returned to us in this way. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge
