Im not happy waiting my refund 1 week already, 2 weeks since i ordered table saw and drill... 2 weeks waste of time.. its not sgs engineerings fault but manoman by itself. I asked is my order un progress ? The answer was we are in holidays with sgs engineering? Then why are you selling their stuff in your web site? Product ordered with 5 in stock, money taken but never moved of processing. Checked with ManoMano chat to be told SGS are currently on holiday and not longer trading with ManoMano. Refund issued. They sell products which are not in stock. Best to order somewhere else. Read more

Nothing wrong with the seller, spoke to them direct they are excellent. Manomano on the other hand are terrible. Item never delivered, because of them tried blaming the seller, even saying they were in holiday for 31 days which they were not. Consider buying direct once I get my refund that is what I intend to do Read more

Detailed terms of sale
  • All UK orders placed before 4pm can be shipped on a next working day delivery service and we endeavour to ship all orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 4:01pm on Friday and 4:00pm on Monday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

    Orders under 30kg will receive a time slot from the courier.

    Orders over 30kg will be delivered between 8am and 6pm the following working day, although this is not a guaranteed next day service.

    Orders over 60kg will be delivered on a 2-3 day service for free or on a next day service for £19.75 + VAT.

    Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

  • We require all returned goods (defective, damaged, unwanted or otherwise) to be sent back to us in the original condition they were received in, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Items that are being returned purely because they are no longer wanted should be returned in unopened packaging. SGS retain the right to refuse a refund or charge an appropriate fee for items that are returned without original packaging and/or without accessories and manuals.”

    Collection Procedure
    In the event of a product failing, your first course of action should be to contact SGS Engineering at support@sgs-engineering.com
    Within 6 months of purchase date: Once the fault has been established and deemed impossible to be solved on site, SGS will arrange for collection of the item at cost to the customer. This will refunded in full if the item is found to be faulty.
    If the machine is being returned it is the customer’s responsibility to drain all fluids from any product. If fuel or oil is left in the machine, the courier we use to collect the product may quarantine the product delaying delivery. Resulting additional charges and fees will be passed onto to you.
    If the machine is being returned it is also the responsibility of the customer to package the machine securely, and to print and affix the returns label we supply via email to the package. The repair and replacement of the machine will take place within a reasonable period of time during standard weekday business hours.
    Pre-collection photos of the item unpackaged and packaged ready for collection will be required.
    Please note that if the item has a non-warrantable fault the customer will be charge for carriage both ways, parts and labour.
