The parcel will be delivered to the foot of the building for a flat or to the gate for a house. For heavy parcels, we recommend arranging assistance from a third party. These arrangements may vary slightly depending on the location and carrier. Our furniture is delivered fully assembled. Please remember to measure your rooms, door frames, stairwells, lifts, and any other access points to your property before placing your order. How does delivery work? You will then be contacted by our carrier (via SMS or phone call) to arrange a delivery time slot. On the day before delivery, you will receive a confirmation SMS with a more precise delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS when the driver begins their route, providing a more accurate delivery time. These arrangements may vary slightly depending on the location and carrier. At the time of delivery, it is essential to inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. If no written reservation is made on the carrier's document, the delivery and its contents will be deemed accepted and in good condition.
