If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason. You must do this within 30 days of receipt. To start this return process please contact our returns team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are returning a product which has been purchased by mistake, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the delivery and the return postage costs. All goods returned must be returned using a Tracked courier service. All goods must arrive in a brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, if the goods are in a resalable condition a refund minus any costs will be processed within 5 working days. If there are any reasons the refund cannot be processed you will be informed.
