13. Delivery costs are charged to the customer, to the extent indicated in the order. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering, please check that address and telephone number are correct and complete. We assume no liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information, if the material is returned to us for non-delivery (wrong address or not purchased by the customer) will be charged to the customer the expenses of return + reshipment.
The delivery of goods requires the presence of the customer or his representative at the destination indicated in the order, this is done at the front road (unless other instructions published on the website). Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the transport document (DDT), the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 ( "Consumer Code") all the products for sale on this site are covered by the Law of 24 months warranty. According to the legal 24-month warranty, the FPM ELECTRONICS is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity not evident at the time of purchase. The lack of conformity exists when the product is not fit for use which must serve habitually, it is not as described or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type, not it is suitable for the particular use for which the consumer if made known to the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the consumer Code). The lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months after the date of discovery of the defect. Unless proved otherwise, it is assumed that any lack of conformity occurring within 6 months after delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity by repair or replacement (Art. 130 of the Consumer Code). The consumer may, at its option, the seller to repair the goods or to replace, at no charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate to the other. Any repair or replacement shall be completed within a reasonable time from the request of the consumer; the average time of delivery to the consumer of the product is 29 days. If within a maximum period of 60 days the FPM ELECTRONICS, is unable to return the product repaired, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, cancellation of the contract, price reduction).
Timing and mode of operation of the Legal Warranty:
The Customer shall:
1 - Send a written notice to the FPM ELECTRONICS, indicating the product defect;

3 - Prepare the product for shipment carefully and enclosing imballandolo every accessory, the instruction manual and everything contained in the origin of the product packaging;

Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of general conditions of sale:
1. If the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in a VAT number on the order form), the contracts concluded with FPM ELECTRONIC accessing the Site they are governed by Legislative Decree No 6 September 2005. 206 (Consumer Code). 2. The contract between the FPM ELECTRONICS and the Customer shall be concluded when the order submitted by the Customer - in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site - arrives at the site. The order placed by the Customer will be binding on the FPM ELECTRONIC only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any highlighting of error messages from the site.
3. By submitting the order to the FPM ELECTRONIC, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions of sale (flag required before placing the order) .
