All orders are shipped from the UK

Vat in included where applicable. If you require a VAT invoice we can provide this for you.

Any data we get provided with from ManoMano is stored safely on or integrated system and only pass on information to the courier, needed to get your order to you. We never pass your information onto 3rd parties

If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

We are a small family buisness based in the UK (Chelmsford, Essex). We sourse all of our product from UK distributors. All orders are packed and processed from our one location in Essex.
