I ordered a table and chairs only to then be told a few hours later that's it's out of stock. Looked on the website and its not out of stock, they've just upped the price. I needed the set this week and would pay the additional but I have to wait for my refund before ordering again in which case I will have to wait and won't get it when I originally needed it. Shame I couldn't get the option to keep original delivery date and just pay the extra. Read more

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, however the buyer is responsible for the return cost unless the items are faulty/damaged. We will always offer to arrange this collection for you and the return cost will then be deducted from the refund issued if not damaged/faulty.

    At our discretion, we may accept goods returned to us unwanted outside of the 14 days, but within no more than 30 days from the day you received your order. The items would be subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be in their original packaging and unused.

    We cannot accept returns for a full refund after 14 days, however we can arrange to have a replacement piece sent out to you should your product be received in a damaged/faulty condition. If the product is not damaged or faulty and you wish to return a set after 30 days unfortunately this is not possible.

    Please note returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging for the items. If the items are not packaged adequately and the items get damaged on return to us, then you would be refunded less any costs incurred by us for re-packaging / damage. Please make sure you inspect the items before throwing the packaging away!

    Refunds will be processed as soon as the items are received back with us (typically 3 working days if using our couriers). Once these items have been received back with us the following processing times occur:
