Orders are shipped within 24 Hours (in stock items) using carriers such as DPD, DHL, UKMail, Hermes etc

We can only provide the goods and services ordered by you if you provide us with your personal data. For the purpose of providing these services, we collect personal data about you such as : your name, address, email address.
Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.
We may use your personal information to send you information about our products and services which you have requested from us by signing up to our newsletter. At any stage you can ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving any marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe-function.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 14 days and be in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulation.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.

Sending an email:
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, for UK items there will be a charge of £10.00 per box. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange the collection for you using our courier service.

IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24 hours of a signed delivery.
We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Our customer services team are here to help, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
We will then offer you either the choice of an exchange of faulty part or product, or collection with full refund.
