We offer free shipping mainland UK (excluding Highlands/Grampians), on all orders under 70kg weight.
Your postage will be calculated when you enter your postcode at the checkout.
We use a variety of reliable 24-hour courier services on all of our machines – the courier depends on weight and locations. Parts & accessories are sent with Hermes Tracked Delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same working day.

Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process.
When a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion.
All returns, once received by Union Mart, are opened under the watchful eye of CCTV and this footage may be used to determine the condition in which the item was packed/returned. Failure to ensure secure packaging may invalidate any warranty claims or refunds.
Returns require a “Returns Form” which is supplied by Union Mart LTD. This will be provided in digital format to the customer upon return-request and is required as reference to the returned item. Returns without a “Returns Form” will cause delay and could affect the returns procedure.
Should Union Mart Ltd agree to pay for the return postage, this will be by the cheapest possible method of return, as advised to the client by Union Mart.
Freight arrangements vary depending upon the time that has expired since purchase.
Within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, Union Mart may provide details allowing return of the item at no charge to the customer (where freight costs apply). Where the item was collected from our warehouse, the buyer is responsible to return the item at their expense. Following this 14 day period, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the item is to be returned to the client, the outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 8 business days from the date the item is received by our service department (times may vary).
While most spare parts are stocked in the UK, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.
