Somnior Beds Ltd needs to gather and use certain information about individuals. This policy will cover all aspects of GDPR regulation and will ensure the company is compliant in all uses of data. Somnior Beds Ltd acts as both a data controller, for our own retail business and a data processor for our drop ship customers. We use several sub processors. All of whom comply to Somnior Beds Ltd data protection policy.
How We Use the Information We Collect
The data we collect will be used exclusively for the fulfillment of orders requested by the customer and will be held for the purposes of being able to fulfill the manufacturer’s warranty. The data will only be shared with the sub processors necessary for the fulfillment of the order, all of our sub processors have policies in place to ensure compliance with GDPR, or have signed up to our own policy.

Your data will be shared with only trusted third parties We share data using the Somnior Beds G-Mail accounts (hosted on the Google Cloud). Their GDPR compliance information is below. Google Cloud have convinced us at Somnior Beds Ltd that they are GDPR compliant and that our data is stored responsibly and securely.

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service.
We will accept the return of an item if you wish to return it within 14 days of it being delivered to you, provided the item has not been used and it remains in its original packaging. Should you wish to return an Item due to personal preference, a collection fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Collection fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) you purchased.
If your item arrives damaged, then we will happily replace any items affected free of charge or collect item(s) for a full refund (*Applies only within 14-day cancellation period). All delivered items will need to have been inspected by you upon delivery, and any damage clearly marked on the couriers delivery sheet.
All our products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise at time of purchase). If your item(s) appears to be faulty outside of your 14-day cancellation period, we will initially request images of the item we will collect the item free of charge pending a factory inspection. If a fault is found with the item(s) within the manufacturing warranty period, we will replace all affected items free of charge. Should the items be found to not be at fault and we believe has sustained damage due to miss-use, items will be returned to you and a re-delivery charge will apply.
