  • Shipping Policy

    Your Infrared Heater is a high-quality technical appliance. We take the utmost care in shipment to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition. We consequently only use reliable, well-known distribution companies to deliver. We do not usually charge shipping and handling for deliveries in the UK.

    We will act on your order within 1 working day of receipt. Shipping times will depend on stock availability – noting certain infrared panels are made-to-order.

    All goods are shipped in top condition. We do not ship items that appear damaged in any way. Therefore:

    We will send you an “Order Shipped” notification when the order has shipped. You must inform us within two working days of the email if you have not received the goods so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

    Panels are to be signed for ONLY if there is NO damage to the packaging on delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging please do not sign for the goods and contact Customer Services

    We will collect details such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and financial information (such as credit and debit card details) when you order goods or services from us. We will use this information to process your order and comply with our contractual obligations. We may also collect personal data when you correspond with us via phone, email, SMS or live-chat, when you enter a competition or a promotional survey, when you report a problem to us or when you register a product warranty.

    In order to perform our contact with you, we may also need to share personal data with third parties such as payment providers and postal service organisations to assist in the delivery of goods or services you have ordered.

    We will retain your information as long as we require this to provide you with the goods ordered from us. The actual period for which we store your personal information will vary depending on the type of personal information and how it is used. For example when you buy a product from us, we will store information about you and your purchase for at least the term of your warranty or guarantee which varies in time. Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us we will keep your personal data for the period of time described below
  • You are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund including cost of delivery within 14 days of cancelling an order or within 14 days of returning the goods to us. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. If goods are not faulty, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage incurred when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed, where we will assume the costs of returning the goods.
