Absolute farce of a seller. At first they sent me the incorrect colour cot so I had to contact them to rearrange. It took them 5 days to respond to my initial contact but I was hopeful because the promised collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the new item the following day if I was going to be in. I replied almost straight away to say that I would be but heard nothing until the following day. They then told me that it would be the day after (Thursday). Thursday arrives and so does parcel force to collect the old product. No sign of the new cot so I log into fed ex to track it. Fed ex have been told to deliver Friday. So I wait in all day Friday waiting for it to arrive only to track the parcel and find out that love for sleep hadn’t even got the cot to the fed ex drop off point yet (and failed to do this until the early hours of Saturday morning) so I didn’t get a delivery until Monday. Finally got my cut so you would think all was fine right? No. I then receive an email from loveforsleep to say parcelforce will collect the incorrect cot on Tuesday and the new cot will be delivered at the end of the week???? I replied to say I have the correct cot and the old one had been collected already only to be told that the system is confusing and to ignore their email. So I did. Tuesday rolls around and I have parcelforce knocking at my door to collect the original cot...that both he and I know he has already collected! What a farce. It’s now Thursday and god knows whether they will indeed try to deliver yet another cot! Time will tell! The communication at love for sleep was slow at best, stressful at times and information communicated was wrong the majority of the time. I would be hesitant to use them again in the future. Detailed terms of sale
  • Service for smaller packages (300cm- combined dimensions) costs £8.00 (including VAT). Service for larger packages costs £13.50 (including Vat).
  • We ship all orders next day using 24h delivery service.
  • The Seller will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of the Buyer secure. In the absence of negligence on the part of the Seller, the Seller will not be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by the Buyer.
  • Returns
    If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs.
    If for some reason you are not happy with the product you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once the product has been return to us. The item has to be new unused in original packaging. Simply contact us and we will deal with your return.
    Damaged item
    If you realize after the delivery that the item is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality just contact us as soon as possible ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage. We will assist you with your complain and either offer a full refund and collection, replace the damaged part, or replace an item.
    Order cancellation
    Order can be cancelled any time before the item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellation made after the dispatched of your item will need to be made at the time of delivery via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund once the item has been returned to us. Please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the item.
