  • We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery for all items on our website, this service is sent via a number of different couriers depending on the size and weight of your order. We use Royal Mail for smaller lightweight items, and two specialist couriers for larger, heavier goods. Most of our orders arrive within 2 – 3 days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

    For guaranteed next day delivery, we offer shipment via express 24 hour services that can be purchased at checkout. Customers will need to place their order before midday Monday to Friday in order to receive their item the next working day. This does not include Saturdays or Bank Holidays.

    Please note that our free delivery service applies to Mainland UK only and does not include the highlands and islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to Jersey or Guernsey. A full list of additional priced shipping posts codes is displayed below:

  • We hope that everything you buy from us reaches you in perfect, fully working condition, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

    Please contact us by email or telephone quoting your order reference number and explaining the reason for the return. Any items returned not authorised by Yahee Store UK will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

    Unwanted Items:

    Customers are allowed 30 days from the date on your invoice in order to cancel and return your purchase. Items must be in the same condition as delivered, unopened and unused. Where applicable any free gifts or additional items included with the product must also be returned. Items that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition or with missing parts will be either rejected and returned to the customer at their own cost or refunded minus a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all postage costs in returning unwanted items (this includes items ordered in error by the customer).

    Faulty / Damaged / Mispicked Items:

    In the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong item, or an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please call or email us in order to explain the problem you are experiencing. Where appropriate we will go through trouble shooting steps and common setup issues with you in order to resolve any technical issues before accepting a return. Goods that are faulty or damaged will be given a return address, once the item has been checked and verified as faulty or damaged, we will isse a full refund.

    Please note that customers returning items as faulty or damaged, which are tested and found to be fully functional or proved to be damaged by customer misuse, will either be rejected and returned to the customer or charged a restocking fee and the cost of return postage, this amount will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price or £4.99, whichever is greater.

    Packaging your return:

    When returning unwanted items please ensure they are in saleable condition with original packaging and any free items, please also ensure that the item is securely packed inside another box. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

    Care of Goods to be Returned:

    Whilst in possession of your item/s you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them. We reserve the right to claim against you for item/s returned that have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession (this includes courier damage when sent back to us).
