If you change your mind
You have 14 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold the refund until they've received the products or until they've received evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the earliest (unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.) Please return the products in their original packaging where possible.

Goods which are no longer required

If you are looking to return an item due to such being unwanted, not as expected or no longer required, we do not offer a free returns service. Please follow the 'return order' function on your order which shall provide you with details of where to return the goods.

Goods which are damaged, defective or missing parts

If you are looking to return an item due to the above reasons, you will not instantly be provided with a free return. In this instance, please kindly message us with a description of your issue along with images if this would assist with your explanation of your issue, as so we can assist with a swift resolution to your complaint.
