MAEC

Founded in 1954, MAEC's core business is the manufacture of electrical switchgear. Its expertise then evolved into the design and manufacture of equipment and materials for electrical networks and telecommunications networks. A forerunner in the development of SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) for over 50 years, MAEC uses this fibreglass compound to manufacture all its metering and connection boxes. MAEC now produces more than 3,400 items of fluid distribution, connection and metering equipment, and is ISO 9001, 1400, 50001 and OHSAS 18001 certified.
