When powering on for the first time, you can perform calibration and debugging: find a signal with a 50% duty cycle and connect it to Din-, Din+, and the amplitude should be 24V. When the frequency is 1 kHz - 3 kHz, use a multimeter to measure the voltage across both the AO and GND ports. Currently, the meter reads approximately 5.4V. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to set the multimeter display to 5.40V. This calibrates your pulse signal to match this module. The resolution of this module is 0.1V. The output current capacity is 10mA. If the relationship between the duty cycle percentage and the voltage is inverse, you can check (or verify) the pin to set the PWM output in the For Mach3 software and click the corresponding pin's checkbox to enable and disable the pin. Port wiring: 1. DIN +: The PWM signal input is positive. (For a common cathode connection, connect the PWM signal here. For a common anode connection, connect the 5V or 24V signal terminal here.) 2. DIN -: The PWM signal input is negative. (When the common cathode is connected, connect the GND of the signal terminal here. When the common anode is connected, connect the PWM signal here.) 3. 15-30VDC: Positive terminal of the power input. 4. GND: Power supply ground wire. 5. GND: Signal ground wire. It is connected to the GND port of the power supply ground wire. 6. AO: Analog voltage (0-10V or 0-5V) output port. Package list: 1 x PWM voltage converter.
