Good morning The product arrived well packaged however for use it is impossible because the socket is not a chuko socket as in the photo the adapter provided to compensate for this cannot fit into a French socket.... . The 12V socket is not extraordinary either.....

Hello, I haven't used it yet, the 220v power cord does not connect with the mains side adapter. I'm looking for one.

The socket is not the one shown in the photo, and does not allow connection to the mains.
