GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This one-hour Fire Rated Loft Door is essential for safety. It provides easy access through a ceiling into your loft space with minimal installation effort.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Manufactured from powder-coated steel, tested and certified to withstand fire for up to 1 hour.
100mm thick mineral fibre insulation with a U-Value of 0.35W/m²K.
Draught seal between the frame and ceiling to prevent moisture entry.
White, easy to clean finish that does not require painting.
Drop down hinged design compatible with any loft ladder.
Opening size required: 562mm wide x 726mm long.
Designed to fit between 38mm thick trussed rafters or ceiling joists spaced at 600mm centres.
Meets BS 9250:2007, BS EN 13141-1:2004, and BS 5250:2002 standards.
Complies with Building Regulations 2000 for air permeability.
Insulation has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 5.
Includes 10 fixing screws and fitting instructions.
