This 100 Pack Replaceable Needle Tile Leveling Tools is designed for building reusable ceramic floors, walls, and tiles. The T-shaped leveling system ensures that tiles remain balanced in a horizontal position, preventing movement during the curing process. This system is suitable for tiles with a thickness of 3 mm to 17 mm and a distance between tiles of 2 mm to 6 mm. The tools are reusable and easy to attach or remove using a special wrench.
Remove the hair straightener and adjust the distance of the T-needle.
Insert the T-shaped needle along slot 1, then rotate 180 degrees.
Tighten the adjustment cover clockwise by hand or with a special wrench until both tiles are level.
Tighten the adjustment cap and secure the T-needle at the bottom of the two bricks.
Within 6 hours of paving time, or with tile cement and glue before completely dry, rotate caps counterclockwise and pull out the T-needle 180 degrees to remove.
It is recommended to leave a gap of 1.5 mm or more.
Usage
This tile leveling system is ideal for any tile installations, including toilets and sewers, where a level surface is crucial. The equalizer features a solvent-sealed head for added convenience during installation.
