Description

General description

The 1/2 inch float ball valve is designed for automatic water level control in tanks, swimming pools, and industrial water systems. It operates by controlling the flow rate and the opening and closing of the inlet pipe through the buoyancy of the floating ball. When the water level reaches a predetermined height, the valve stops water injection, and it automatically resumes when the water level drops.

  • Maximum installation inclination: 30 degrees
  • Working pressure range: ≤ 1.0 MPa
  • Domestic tap water pressure: 0.3-0.5 MPa
  • Applicable water pressure range: 1.2-10 kg

    • Installation

  • Install the valve vertically on a horizontal plane with the float facing downward.
  • Fix the water pipe on the horizontal surface before installing the valve on the water inlet pipe.
  • Ensure to clean impurities from the pipe during installation to prevent blockage of the ball valve.

    • Usage

  • Ensure the shut-off valve is fully opened during operation.
  • If using two float valves in a swimming pool, they must be kept at the same level.
  • When installed indoors, water droplets may form at the bottom of the ball valve, which is normal.
