Fault Analysis:
When the fan is connected to the controller, the fan speed immediately becomes very slow. ?
1. The battery voltage arrives at the floating charge point
2. The rated output voltage of the fan is much higher than the rated voltage of the battery, because the speed of the fan is proportional to the output voltage, and the voltage of the fan is driven by the battery and will not be very high, so the speed will be very low
3.The discharging tube was burned during improper operation
Why does the controller discharge when the LCD displays a small current value?
The controller controls discharging by detecting parameters such as battery voltage, charging current and temperature. When the floating charging voltage point is reached or when the high temperature protection has arrived, no matter how much charging current, the fan will discharge.
LCD screen is not displayed?
1. The battery is in poor contact, please check the battery connection cable.
2. The battery is damaged, please check and replace the battery.
No charging current?
If the charging voltage has not arrived, the input voltage of the solar panel must be higher than the battery voltage before it can be charged.The fan needs to reach a certain wind speed to generate electricity normally.
