I now have three of these 30A charge controllers. So far, they have reliably charged my Lifepo batteries. The newest controller works perfectly. Last month one charge controller failed, today the other 30A charge controller failed, after the USB connection suddenly stopped working around 6 months ago. Both are around 1 1/2 years old, and were attached to the back of a panel outside. They were not directly exposed to water, but there was dew in the morning and steam at midday. In the winter I had disconnected my Lifepo4 batteries and put them in the apartment. The charge controllers were therefore exposed to the cold in the winter. I also have a 60 A charge controller from Eco Worthy, which is a little newer, works great, but has no USB connection.

I have purchased several ECO-WORTHY 20A and 30A 12V/24V Solar Charge Controller Intelligent Regulators with Dual USB Port Solar Battery Controller LCD Display units over the last 6 years to manage my home built 6 x panel solar farm and run a portable system when remote camping. These solar controllers are one of the best on the market for the price and they manage solar power generation perfectly well for my needs...a large battery bank connected to a 3 KW pure sine wave inverter with 240V/AC output. Simple to order online, a great price and easy to install. Very highly recommended to any budding solar farm enthusiasts.

I have bought a number of these eco-worthy solar panel controllers (SPC) over several years as they work really well and last a decent amount of time. They are excellent value for money and manage my fixed and portable 12 volt DC systems really well - which is then converted to 240 volt AC for domestic use. There are more expensive and complicated SPCs on the market, but these are the best for me at this price range.
