This fabric eliminates the need for chemical treatments, suppressing weed growth by blocking light and depriving weeds of their essential conditions for survival. It keeps your garden bed or area free from weeds while retaining moisture to directly supply water to plant roots.

Looks like geotextile. I was looking for more of a canvas. But easy to install. We'll see over time if it blocks weeds.
