Description
General description A multifunctional water quality tester that can test chlorine gas or pH value in water via a switch button. The large screen displays clearer and faster readings, intuitively reflecting the water quality. It is lightweight, small in size, and easy to carry, with holes for convenient hanging. The tester is made of high-quality thick plastic, making it sturdy and durable for long-term use. It is easy to use and does not require any chemicals. Technical specifications Power Supply: 1 x 1.5V AA Battery (Not Included) Recommended Chlorine Levels for Pools and Spas: 1.2~1.7 ppm Recommended pH for Pools and Spas: 7.2~7.8 pH Installation Insert one 1.5-volt AA battery into the compartment inside the handle (positive side up). Before first use, calibrate the tester to match your pool or spa water using a conventional liquid test kit. Usage To test water quality, insert the cleaned metal probes into the water up to the black band. Lightly stir the water with the probe. Turn the wheel on the face of the tester fully counterclockwise toward "CL" and slowly adjust until the needle matches the chlorine level recorded with the conventional liquid tester. Other information To extend the life of your tester, keep the switch in the OFF position when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. DO NOT immerse the probe in any liquid other than pool or spa water. Check battery freshness regularly.
