Despite all the negative opinions from customers who purchased this product (also offered on other sites), I bought it to monitor an above-ground swimming pool whose water had previously been analyzed by a professional (pH = 7.6, chlorine = 1.5 pp). Indeed, this device does not work! pH measurement obtained: 6.5 and chlorine calibration impossible: after having adjusted the needle to "ideal", when you remove the probe the needle hangs completely to the right, outside the range of the letters A-E where it should be found! Of course, I followed the instructions (in English and with spelling mistakes!) and repeated several tests, without any consistent result. I asked the seller (his name is "Sunny") for a return and a refund and got the following answer: return address is in the Czech Republic, the costs are my responsibility! He then offered me a 50% refund, I hope he keeps his word! The Manomano site, of which I am often a customer, should not offer such unreliable products!
