Installation
- Position the workpiece correctly, horizontally or vertically.
- Align the tap with the tap hole to ensure perpendicularity.
- Start tapping by applying light pressure while turning the Tap.
- Check for perpendicularity after 1 to 2 turns and adjust if necessary.
Use
- For efficient tapping, screw the tap in half a turn to one full turn at a time.
- After each insertion, reverse the tap half a turn to facilitate chip removal.
- Avoid applying excessive force to prevent thread damage.
