WATER AND AIRTIGHT - The silicone tape provides a water and airtight seal and is therefore ideal for pipe repair, sealing pipes, repairing cables, repairing hoses, or electrical connections. DELIVERY includes 1 roll of self-adhesive black silicone tape - self-adhesive insulating and sealing tape - 3 meters long / 25 millimeters wide / 0.5 millimeters thick. Instructions for use: Remove the protective film. Stretch the tape and wrap it completely the first time. Continue stretching the silicone band to approximately 200% and wrap it under tension. Ensure the final wrap is at 100% on the tape.1. Step: Clean the area to be repaired and cut the silicone tape to the required length. Then remove the protective film from the top of the silicone tape.
2. Step: Position the silicone strip and secure it with your thumb to the area to be repaired. Stretch the tape and completely wrap the first turn (tape over the tape).
3. Step: Continuously stretch the silicone band to approximately 200% and wrap it under tension. Ensure the tape overlaps by 50% (self-sealing).
Tip: If the tape is not under pressure, a slight overstretch will suffice (e.g., cable insulation).
4. Step: Stretch the final wrap less and ensure it is 100% on the tape. Press the tape firmly for 10 seconds until it is properly sealed.
