Description
[Easy to Use] No crimping required! Simply insert the stripped wire into the solder connector and heat evenly to create the connection. Shrink ratio: 2:1. No special tools (e.g., crimping pliers) are needed. [280 wire connectors] included: 100 red (0.5–1 mm²), 100 blue (1.5–2.5 mm²), 60 white (0.25–0.34 mm²), 20 yellow (4–6 mm²). Double-walled construction: Polyolefin tubing on the outside, hot melt adhesive on the inside. Allows precise control of the internal tapes and inserted wires. Enables visual inspection to prevent corrosion and ensure a watertight seal. [Safe and Effective] The series of waterproof heat shrink connectors consists of environmentally friendly and flame-retardant insulated heat shrink tubing and offers high tensile strength, a watertight and leak-proof seal. Improves contraction strength, ensures insulation retention, strain relief, and cable management. [Wide Range of Applications] Butt connectors 280 are available in 4 different sizes and are used in the automotive, rail, marine, aerospace, energy, and electronics industries. Step 1: Push the connector onto one of the wires and twist the two wires together. Tip: Make sure the ends the stripped wires are clean and tidy (shiny).
Step 2
Position the connector in the center of the conductor.
Tip: Strip the wire ends long enough so that they overlap and remain inside the solder sleeve.
Step 3
Heat the connector slowly and evenly with a hot air gun with a reflective nozzle until it fuses to the wire.
Tip: Some of our customers can rework the solder joint with a lighter, but we strongly recommend shrinking the connector with a hot air gun, especially for beginners.
