2x Front Strut Mounting for Audi A4 quattro A5 Q5 2008-17 8K0412377D 8K0412377B

MaXpeedingrods Premium TOP Mount
Engineered to elevate driving refinement, this advanced suspension component utilizes Certified Performance Polymersmaterials and a multi-layered sealing architecture. Validated through 100-hour ASTM B117 salt spray testing and 10,000N+ pull-off resistance verification, this ensures precise integration between shock absorbers and the vehicle chassis, eliminates NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) transmission, isolates road-induced impacts, and significantly prolongs the service life of the suspension system.

Feature:

1.Source Leadership
In-house rubber compounding with proprietary formulations enables full-process quality control, delivering superior durability and NVH performance.
2.Batch Consistency Assurance
Dumbbell specimens molded from each compound batch undergo ISO/ASTM standardized tests for tensile strength, hardness, tear resistance, and deformation — guaranteeing OEM-equivalent quality consistency.
3.Rigorous Testing
Ozone Crack Resistance - Passes 72-hour ozone aging tests at 40°C (104°F) with zero cracking, demonstrating exceptional anti-aging properties.
Corrosion & Load Excellence - Validated by 100-hour salt spray testing (ASTM B117) with compressive dislodgement force >29,000N, providing dual protection against corrosion and structural failure.
4.High Adaptability - Direct Replacement, Guaranteed Compatibility, Reduced Installation Time.
5.Lighter Steering Effort - Significantly reduced steering wheel resistance.
