Product Description: Unique stepped profile. This bit is suitable for drilling holes of various sizes and is equivalent to a set of drill bits. It is designed for precise drilling from 4 mm to 32 mm in diameter with optimum speed and accuracy. Contrasting laser-etched size markings within the flutes make it easy to identify the required size. HSS titanium coating. Our stepped bits are made of high-strength HSS steel and are titanium-coated for even greater durability. HSS tools are suitable for most general applications and offer a combination of hardness and toughness for high wear resistance. The performance and durability of the bit are demonstrated by numerous drilling operations on surfaces such as plastic, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, wood, etc. Robust and ready to use. Hex Drive: The 1/4" quick-release hex drive fits securely into power tool chucks and prevents slippage. The excellent universal fit lets you work with peace of mind, knowing your drill bit is securely in place. Faster Cutting Speed: The double-flute design allows for faster, more consistent drilling. Low contact pressure allows the bits to cut through wood, sheet metal, steel, and other materials. Nylon Bag: Packaged in a nylon bag for optimal protection.

NOTE: When using these bits, the temperature of the material will rise significantly. Add water or coolant to prevent smoke from forming. Suitable for workpieces with a hardness of 25° or less and a thickness of less than 5 mm in wood, plastic and thin metal. The recommended speed for step bits is 250-400 rpm. Always wear safety glasses when working with tools.
