General description

This 30A Solar Panel Charge Controller Regulator is designed for 12V and 24V systems, making it compatible with various battery types including lithium-ion, lithium iron phosphate, and lead-acid batteries (OPEN, AGM, GEL). It features a fully automated 4-stage PWM charging process (Boost, ABS, Equalization, Float) and utilizes a power MOSFET as an electronic switch, enhancing the longevity of your battery life cycle. The controller is equipped with an industrial-grade STM 8 microprocessor and a backlit LCD display that shows charge and discharge parameters for PV, battery, and load. Additionally, it includes dual USB ports capable of delivering a maximum output of 5V at 2.5A.

Installation

Connect the battery to the charge controller (plus and minus).

Connect the photovoltaic module to the controller (plus and minus).

Connect the consumer to the controller (plus and minus).

Note: The reverse order applies when uninstalling to avoid damaging the controller.

Usage

The solar controller automatically manages the operation of the solar panel and battery within the solar system. It features multiple charging timers and automatically identifies day/night conditions. To protect battery life, the controller will shut down automatically if the battery voltage drops below 8V, rendering the LCD display unavailable during this time.
