How to Extend the Ladder?
1) FULL EXTENSION: Just pull upward the telescopic ladder from TOP rung to BOTTOM one till each rung clicks into the place and pops up to full extension.
2) PARTIAL EXTENSION: For your safety, highly recommend keeping certain top rungs folded as per actual height demands, and then pull upward the underneath rungs till the left rungs of ladder extension fully.

How to Retract the Ladder?
Please strictly obey the instruction to avoid fingers injured.
1) One hand holds upper pipe above the rung that needs retracting.
2) Another hand pushes 2 collapse buttons on the underneath rung to its center position.
3) The telescopic ladder will fold slowly and smoothly by itself.
4) Repeat the same operation till the ladder retracted fully. It may take 10 seconds for ONE rung, for folding faster, just give gentle down forward force to close extension ladder quickly.
