This jig allows for accurate drilling and convenient operation, enabling you to mount concealed hinges on doors or cabinets without the need for professional assistance.

Technical specifications

  • Material: Aluminum alloy
  • Drilling depth: 12-13mm
  • Adjustable fixed board size: 15-25mm
  • Hole size: 35mm
  • Screw hole size: 2mm
  • Distance between the 35mm hole and the edge: 5mm

    • Installation

  • Install a 35mm hole opener.
  • Adjust the drilling depth to 12-13mm and lock the limit ring.
  • Adjust the fixed size of the black pressure block of the quick clamp.
  • Move the puncher to the marking and drilling position of the board and lock the quick clamp.
  • Clamp the drill handle and press the hole to a depth of 12-13mm.
  • Drill a 2mm screw hole on the left and right sides, then install the 35mm hinge.

    • Usage

    This jig is widely used for most common hinges, making it a versatile tool for various woodworking projects.
