General description

The 35MM Hinge Jig Drill Bit Set is designed for precise drilling of concealed hinges and mounting plates, making it an essential tool for cabinetry projects. Crafted from high hardness alloy, the drill bits ensure sharper cutting and smoother chip removal. The jig features a special removable depth stop for easier drilling and a V-shaped mark to quickly locate the center point of the drill hole, compatible with all brands of hinges.

  • Material: High hardness alloy and ABS plastic

    • Installation

  • Determine the position of the hinge cup with the short board facing up and clamp the edge of the board to drill holes for the hinge cup.
  • Draw the corresponding center line on another board with the short board facing down, aligning the center line with the inverted triangle, and drill the holes for the hinge housing.
  • Install the hinges.

    • Usage

    The hinge drilling jig is easy to use, allowing both DIY enthusiasts and professionals to drill holes in cabinet doors or tables conveniently. It is suitable for various types of drills, including drill presses, handheld drills, and mobile magnetic drills, making it versatile for different woodworking tasks.
