Installation

Secure the jig to your work surface using the two countersunk screws.

Install the 35 mm hole opener and adjust the drilling depth to 12-13 mm, then lock the limit ring.

Adjust the quick clamp's black pressure block to fit the board thickness between 15-25 mm.

Usage

Position the punch at the marked location on the board and tighten the locking block quickly.

Attach the hole opener to an electric drill and maintain a constant speed to drill the hole to the specified depth.

Drill 2 mm screw holes on both sides of the hinge hole.
