The extrusion head for the A1 has hardened steel threaded nozzles that need to be removed and replaced to reduce operating costs. With this A1 hot end extrusion head, the special replaceable nozzles can be replaced. 3. EXCELLENT MATERIALS: The heating block is made of Niacin-plated brass alloy with good heat resistance, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, and a long service life. 4. HIGH-TEMPERATURE PRINTING: The hardened steel nozzle is made of excellent hardened steel material with higher thermal conductivity, higher strength, stronger oxidation resistance, and a longer service life. It can withstand high-temperature filaments ≤320℃, and the removable nozzle is easy to replace and saves time. 5.
