It was dispatched and delivered promptly. On unboxing and checking it, I found it had very little stretch & return compared to the 3mm bungee cord I have bought from different suppliers. It was more like worn out bungee cord and was of no use to me and not sure what it would be good for. I had to return this at my own cost. To compare I measured a 20mm section which stretched to 30mm and didn’t immediately snap back. I had an off cut of my previous 3mm bungee and that stretched to 45mm and snapped back immediately. Will test in store before buying again unless there is free returns.
