Visit the GARDENA storeGardena is a German company based in Ulm, Germany. It was founded in 1961 by Eberhard Kastner and Werner Kress. They began by importing French products before developing their own technology.
Their success began with the Gardena System (1968), which became a classic for its appearance (orange) and modularity. In 1973, innovation continued with small cordless power tools, the combi-system (interchangeable handle), which was adopted by other brands, and the first sprinkler with memory.
