Good product I struggle a little to connect it to my window washer yet good reference

The bipolar rectangular plug does not fit very well on the socket of the Karcher WV50 device. This plug does not sit very well on the socket of the device.

The charger is properly connected, the device turns on but doesn't charge, it flashes continuously... Observation: I can't insert the two small pins correctly into the device. This seems to be the problem. Thank you for your feedback.
