The float switch is a hollow float that operates on the principle of upward force. This hollow float is lifted and pushed upwards by the rising liquid until, at a 50° angle to the horizontal, the pump is activated. The float can be attached by screwing it to the side or, if the tank is open, by placing it on top of the liquid. The switching point can be precisely defined thanks to the ballast weight included as standard. Suitable for almost all pumps. The float switch is ideal for monitoring the fill level of any non-corrosive liquid, regardless of the degree of contamination. You can use this float switch as a full/empty indicator, to control pumps, valves, or other alarm signals. If your pump has a power rating exceeding 1.1 kW, you will need to install a standard, commercially available power connector or relay upstream.
